ACE Property Development Sdn Bhd
Incorporated in Malaysia on 11th June 2012 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1965. The company evolved from a corporation founded in 1993.
The formation of the company is aimed to eliminate all long standing predicaments and utilized efficient systems and resources to make our mission not only meet the expectation of customers but exceed their expectations and needs.
The company aims to become one of the leading property developers and to penetrate new business areas in property markets by providing one stop services namely “build, renovate & maintain”. The company will further maintain the high standards in its operational performance.
The company provides its customers with what they really want, not with what we think they need. The use of high quality construction material, one stop services, well-trained personnel, transparency of the deals, professionalism behind the company exploring prospects for sustainable progress.
ACE Property Management Sdn Bhd
Incorporated on 6th September 2005 to cater to the demanding business need for property construction, renovation maintenance and refurbishment. The nature of this business is typical and aim to provide strategic and technical value to their Clients by designing, building, repairing, alteration, maintenance of houses, apartments, shop lots, office buildings and factories.
In order to meet the rapid growth in Malaysia property market over recent years, the company has spent a few years developing a strategic one stop service by providing the new property buyer the service of renovation, cleaning and maintenance. It saves a lot of times and costs of its clients.
Over the years the skills and management base of the company has grown and developed and the enthusiasm and commitment of a team of staffs and directors are well cultivated in this industry. Due to the vast experiences of the company’s directors in this industry, the company also became a good player in the area of property investment. Nowadays, its services cover not only building construction, renovation, cleaning and maintenance, but also extend to the field of property investment. Due to the well renovation and maintenance of its client’s properties, those values of properties keep doubling up over the recent years.
ACE Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd
Established in 1993 to cater to the demands for cleaning and maintenance services of food courts and shopping complexes. In the beginning years, it successfully grew the company annual turnover from RM1 million to RM4 million in the following years. It proved itself to be a successful player in the industry itself.
Even during the period of economic downturn in 1998, the company still maintained their annual turnover to RM 3 million. During these recent years, the company has doubled in size and continues to project a strong growth pattern for the future. In spite of its growth, the Ace Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd still keeps a strong commitment to the principals of customer satisfaction through their hands-on involvement in the daily operations of the company.
Ace Cleaning Service Sdn Bhd nowadays not only provides cleaning and maintenance services to food court and shopping complex but also extends their cleaning and maintenance service to office building, as well as construction sites.
About Our Founder
Dato’ Peter Lee is the founder of Ace Group of Companies and also performs the Managing Director role for all three companies.
He brings with him many years of experience in the field of property construction, renovation as well maintenance. Experience gained through a dedication and determination to succeed.
Widely known as a farsighted business man who is driven by his passion to build ACE Group as a one stop service provider in the property industry, he has successfully charted ACE Group’s business direction and objectives for the past 20 years and continues to do so.
